“What’s your ETA?” is a question that expects a clear answer. This phrase resonates deeply with us as a gallery, reflecting our shared commitment to nurturing communication and connection; and through that, care. It represents the anticipation of a gathering, the reaching of a destination or goal… and who you share that information with.
We are honored to invite and show a diverse group of artists – each with their own interpretations on journeys and destinations, movement and connection. This exhibition explores what “ETA” means to each artist and to us as a gallery. Featured works tackle topics such as personal experiences as first and second generation immigrants; memories of growing up; or navigating interpersonal relationships with neurodivergent people. Each work will invite you to consider the many ways we navigate our paths, the significance of where we are headed, and who we choose to bring with us along the journey.
What’s Your ETA? is curated by Celine Lam, Lena Wang Luo, Ariel He, Yujia Li, and Jie Jian.
